01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Recurring skin and scalp complaints can affect confidence as much as comfort. They often flare with stress, season, diet or hormones, so the triggers matter as much as the rash.
Dr. Mahima's consultations look at the pattern of your skin concern over time, together with your general health, and pair care with practical skincare and diet advice.

04First visit
What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Clear photos of the affected area (helpful for online consults)
- Any creams, ointments or tablets you use
- Blood tests if done (CBC, thyroid, vitamin D, B12)
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- Swelling of the lips, face or tongue, or difficulty breathing with hives: this is an emergency
- A rapidly spreading rash with fever, or painful, blistering skin
- A mole that changes shape or colour, bleeds or grows
- Skin that is hot, swollen and painful (possible infection)
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.
