01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Gastrointestinal complaints are one of the most common reasons patients visit the clinic, and among Dr. Mahima's main areas of interest.
Gut symptoms are closely tied to food, routine and stress. Each plan combines individual homeopathic care with practical, Indian-kitchen diet advice from a certified nutritionist.

04First visit
What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Abdominal ultrasound, if done
- Endoscopy / colonoscopy reports, if done
- Stool and blood tests (CBC, LFT, H. pylori)
- A 3-day food diary, if possible
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- Blood in stools, black stools or vomiting blood
- Unexplained weight loss or loss of appetite
- Difficulty swallowing, or persistent vomiting
- Severe abdominal pain, especially with fever
- New digestive symptoms after the age of 50
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.

06Questions
Frequently asked
No. Advice is practical and based on what you already eat. Small, consistent changes usually work better than a strict plan you cannot sustain.
