01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Anorectal concerns are common but often left untreated out of hesitation. Consultations are private, respectful and matter-of-fact.
Dr. Mahima focuses on easing symptoms and correcting constipation and diet, while making sure anything that needs a surgeon's assessment is not missed.

04First visit
What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Any proctoscopy / colonoscopy reports
- Haemoglobin (CBC) if you have had bleeding
- A note of your usual bowel pattern
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- Heavy bleeding, black stools or feeling faint
- A change in bowel habit lasting more than a few weeks
- Unexplained weight loss or anaemia
- Severe pain with fever or a hot swelling (possible abscess)
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.
