01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Stress shows up in the body: in sleep, digestion, skin, headaches and periods. Many patients come with a physical complaint and discover stress is part of the story.
Consultations offer a calm space to talk, together with individual homeopathic care and practical routine advice. Where counselling or psychiatric care would help, Dr. Mahima will say so.

04First visit
What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Any current sleep or psychiatric medicines
- Thyroid and vitamin B12 / D reports, if available
- A one-week sleep diary
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- Thoughts of self-harm or suicide: call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416 right away
- Panic attacks with chest pain (rule out a heart cause first)
- Severe low mood lasting more than two weeks
- Never stop psychiatric medicines suddenly. Changes must be made with your psychiatrist
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.
