01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Thyroid conditions affect energy, weight, mood, skin, hair and periods. Many patients come because they still don't feel themselves even with their reports under control.
Dr. Mahima's consultations focus on your symptoms and overall wellbeing, and are coordinated with the thyroid tests and medicines your physician manages.

Shared monitoring

04First visit
What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4) from the last 6–12 months
- Anti-TPO antibodies, if tested
- Thyroid ultrasound, if done
- Your current thyroid medicine and dose
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- Never stop or change thyroxine or anti-thyroid medicine on your own
- A neck swelling that grows quickly, or difficulty swallowing or breathing
- Fast or irregular heartbeat, chest pain or fainting
- Thyroid symptoms during pregnancy (needs close obstetric monitoring)
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.
05Questions
Frequently asked
That decision always belongs to your treating physician, based on your test results. Homeopathic care is given alongside your thyroid medicine, never as a reason to stop it.
