01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Recurring headaches and nerve pain can quietly take over daily life. Understanding the pattern (timing, triggers, sensations) is the first step towards managing them.
Dr. Mahima's consultations cover migraine and chronic headache as well as nerve pain such as sciatica and neuropathy, with clear guidance on when a neurologist's opinion is needed.

What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Any MRI / CT scans
- Blood sugar, vitamin B12 and vitamin D reports
- A headache diary (dates, triggers, duration)
- Current pain medicines and how often you take them
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- A sudden, severe headache, the worst you have ever had: seek emergency care
- Headache with fever and neck stiffness, confusion or fits
- Weakness, numbness or drooping on one side of the face or body
- Loss of bladder or bowel control, or numbness around the groin, with back pain
- Headache after a head injury, or new headaches after the age of 50
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.
05Questions
Frequently asked
Frequent painkiller use can itself cause rebound headaches. Bring a record of how often you take them; reducing them should be planned with your doctor.
