01Overview
Understanding the whole picture
Hormonal concerns rarely exist on their own. Cycles, weight, skin, sleep, mood and energy tend to move together, which is why Dr. Mahima looks at the whole picture rather than a single symptom.
Consultations cover menstrual health from the teenage years through to menopause, with practical diet and lifestyle guidance as a certified nutritionist. Where investigations or a gynaecologist's opinion are needed, she will tell you plainly.

What to bring
Reports help make the most of your first consultation. If you don't have them, come anyway: we will advise which tests are useful.
- Pelvic ultrasound (if done)
- Hormone tests: LH, FSH, prolactin, testosterone
- Thyroid profile (TSH)
- Fasting blood sugar / HbA1c
- A note of your last 3–4 cycle dates
Important
When to see a specialist or seek urgent care
- Very heavy bleeding (soaking a pad every hour) or bleeding with dizziness
- Any bleeding after menopause
- Severe or sudden pelvic pain
- A possible pregnancy, or difficulty conceiving after a year of trying
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Homeopathic consultations do not replace emergency or specialist care.
